i recently had a service done and one of my lights was beaming high and blinding people, i brought it back and the mechanic said all it was, was that the bulb was not inserted properly, he took it out and put it back in again and it was perfect, didnt cost me anything, so have a go at that yourself first and see if thats the problem .
