    EFR will be holding their Amateur championships on NOVEMBER 23rd at The Ramble inn ,Antrim.

    We are looking for fighters from Strawweight (58kg) up to Heavyweight,matches will fought over 3X3 minute rounds,title winners will receive belts the same as in the EFR professional promotion
