I think it's a combination of both looks and dress with both races .In ireland fashion might vary from region to region ,county to county, but both countrys have their fair share of good looking women .Appearences are everything to some women ,less to others

Well take an attractive pair of identical twins, dress one in ill-fitting tracksuit bottoms and an unflattering t-shirt versus the other in a classy short black skirt, knee-high suede boots and a fitted, but not tight, top... who would you go for? Here's another theory:
All the hot girls stay inside when there's bad weather in Ireland. So as not to get uglyfied by the rough conditions. Jeez, I remember in college the moment the good weather came in there was loads a hotties about!

English birds hands down. They can at least act like adults when approached in a nightclub, and they will also offer to buy you a drink instead of the other way around. Irish women have a bit to go yet before they are on an equal level..

Having lived in England all I can say is that looks wise there's little enough difference, thought there's more of them. English, or scotish or welsh girls for that matter tend tend to be less cnutish and spoilt then irish girls. And as already mentioned they put out more, and will actually come and talk to you.

Me, I think that foreigners tend to be more attractive whoever you are, for 2 reasons:
- You notice them more, because they dress with their fashions not yours, which catches your eye;
- When you meet them either you're in their country, so you are more open to new experiences & therefore to meeting them or they are in your country (same effect, boot on the other foot).

Oh yeah, and foreigners' voices usually sound sexier (familiarity breeds contempt).
