    Anyone know where I can get any decent champagne cocktail recipes online?

    Not really sure where to get them but here's a few i usually make in work


    Classic Champagne Cocktail:

    15ml Hennesy
    4 drops of angostura bitters on a brown sugar cube
    Champage

    Put the sugar cube in the flute, pour in the henessy, top with champagne


    Apple Spriz:

    15ml peach schnapps
    15ml apple schnapps
    Champagne

    Bellini:

    15ml peach pureé
    15 ml peach schnapps (optional)
    champagne

    Note: you can make this any type of bellini. For example if you want a passion fruit bellini just use passion fruit pureé and maybe some real passion fruit and lose the peach schnapps

    Champagne Cobbler

    slice lemon
    slice orange
    slice pineapple
    20ml Maraschino
    Champagne

    Muddle the lemon, orange and pineapple with the Maraschino, Pour in the champagne. Mix it a bit then double strain into a flute
