    One day, young Paddy goes to his dad:
    - Dad, I learned at school about theory and practice but still I can not understand the differences. Can you help me out?

    Dad's thinking for a bit and then says:
    - OK son, here's what you must do: go to your mom and ask her if she would sleep with our neighbor if he'd offer her 1000 euro.
    There goes young Paddy, asks his mom the embarrassing question and gets back to dad:
    - Daddy, she said if it's for 1000 euro she'll do it as we need the money.
    - OK then, go to your sister and ask her the same question.
    Young Paddy goes and returns with a similar answer.
    - Now you understand, son? asks the dad.
    - No, dad, I don't see the connection.
    - Well, my son, in theory we have 2000 euro. In practice we have 2 whores living with us.
