    -2.0c here. Been really cold the last few days and the frost did not clear at all. A bucket of water in the chicken pen is frozen completely - thats 12 inches of solid ice!

    Don't worry, I made alternative arrangements!

    Temp gone up here to -0.9c. Wind has picked up westerly - which is a bad sign for precip from the east.

    There is a trough line that will move south tonight and switch the winds to NE, its currently moving into the north of NI, it will increase shower activity in the Irish sea as it moves south with its instability. ;)

    Crazy white frost out there, ground actualy crunches like snow when walked on. Car utterly white..really dont want to head out in that, hopefully isnt as bad near the coast.

    While its 4C here, it is frosty and one may assume that sheltered untreated roads could be slippy.
    Fun on my drive, no problem spinning and locking wheels.

    just dipped below zero here -0.1c

    Light Northwesterly.
    Drove out from Arklow on crazy white roads again.The roof of this house has been white all day despite the max of 5c.

    Think thats because the air is drier, that fog and mist the other day real drove the cold into ye. Its more bearable out there now but mighty cold.

    Mighty cold out here.
    About .5mm of frost on top of the cars and the grass is crunchy as hell.
    No clouds directly over me, but there seems to be something coming from the west.
    Only light clouds.
