    Hi,
    I'm just wondering do you ever do these?
    I'm concerned because everyone on the same ISP as me has the same I.P,it's happened in the past where Iv been from editing wikipedia entries because someone on our isp has messed something up..Can anyone help me with this?

    We're reluctant to do it because of the problems that you mention with dynamic IPs.

    It is possible though to spot static IPs versus dynamic ones and static IPs and IP ranges have been banned in the best.

    We usually reserve it for very persistent muppets, and it usually involves banning an entire workplace, or in one famous incident the entire county of Cork.
