I heard that it was a pretty boring show

Gomi almost lost his last fight by decision, against Seung Hwan Bang. I don't think that his heart is in it anymore. They can't give him the title fight in January now

Muhammad Lawal is a guy to watch out for

of the fights ive seen the Satoru Kitaoka one was the most exciting.
Never seen this event before so didnt know what the rules where etc.
Once I saw the foot stomps to the head get used i figured same as pride :D

One thing that always impresses me about Dream and this and other Asian events is that the crowd applauds a good escape from a hold or sub attempt, they seem to really know the sport and give the respect to the fighters when its due.

yeah even Golyaev looked a little surprised to be honest. I had Gomi down for being slighly a head in the 1st and i surely would have given him the 3rd.

I think what lost him the decision was the fact Golyaev knocked him with a left jab on the chin midway through the second. He was more stunned by it
i think certainly not rocked by it. He recovered quite quickly.

Golyaev did have better hands in the stand up but no way did i think he did enough to get a decision.
