Intermittent xenon fault

    Hi all

    I’m having an intermittent fault with my xenons. Driverside starts about half the time. I’m guessing this is a fault with the ballast. Anyway the car is a 03 mazda 6 2.0 diesel Sport (UK Spec). Anybody know the part number or who makes the part. Anybody had a similar problem?

    Bring it to an Auto Electrician.

    Xenon HID bulbs can be gotten in this country, cheapest, on the Internet. Try Ebay or

    Does the bulb light or is it the auto levellers that won't adjust upwards when you turn on the lights?

    The auto levelers work just fine.The bulb is fine to.The problem is the light on the drivers side is slow to come on or won't come on at all.My understanding of it is if the bulb is gone it's gone.That's why i'm thinking it's the ballast which is like the starter for the xenons.
