I'd like to hire a reputable one for my sons christening. Nothing too heavy just a few tricks and maybe some balloon animals! Hence why i didnt post in the magic and illusions forum!

Or even if you could recommend another form of entertainment. I hate kids in a pub, and i dont drink around kids myself, but i cant stop any parents from having a drink, but if i can at least keep them amused its better than them running around. I know how boring these things are for kids and my son is 1 now (i'm a poor organiser!) so he will have to be entertained on his own day!

    Thanks

I used Kelly for my wedding to entertain the kids for a few hours after the dinner. She did face painting, balloons and lots of games, cant remember exactly how much she was...
She is based in Drogheda.. But travelled for me..

It may be an option for you.

This guy, Reuben (not a clown) is extraordinary. I wouldn't say he's cheap though.
    URL about a recent show.
    and another.

He used to have his own website, but I can't find it at the moment - you could probably contact him through one of the above venues.
His show is outstanding. I've never seen anything like it.

I did actually look in there first before posting here but i just wasnt sure it was appropriate as it seemed a lot more serious than pulling flowers out of their sleeves and making balloon animals for 5 year olds :D

This girl is more of an entertainer than a magician she will play games and that with them so it sounds good!
