which host has the easiest templlates to use?

    I want to have a crack at making a website myself andn ive been looking at all on one solutions that can:

    rent me a domain
    easy to use website builder
    include a shopping cart
    include a ssl
    have cheap hosting

    I would like to get it all fom one company if i can
    but will consider using multiple companies if ithere is
    a significant saving or some other reason for it
