Just going to tip my toe in here but how much to increase the PSU ? The dual cards might be better with 750w. I have heard of people have to up their PSU in accordance with dual graphics cards.
Both look like nice the first seems a very good deal

Again nice looking system but not to sound like a damp squid here but i would get a bigger PSU, I just put one into my old computer 600W(added 2 ram cards and graphics card badly need the watts) and thinking about one for my next rig and even 750W feels small these days

Thats a horribly over priced system. There are a dozen threads on here with the exact advice you need. www.hardwareversand.de

look for the cheapest x48 or x38 Moterboard, say a 650-750W corsairPSU, intel e8500(you don't need a quad),4gb ddr2, 1tb samsung, radeon hd4870 512mb( get the 1gb version if you feel like it for a little extra but you probably won't benefit unless you crossfire it at some stage).
Stay away from crossfiring lower end cards the benefits vary greatly from game to game and you'd be better off spending same money on one higher card.
