Laminate floor

Want to put down Waterproof laminate on newly poured concrete kitchen floor. Poured about 3 weeks ago in fact. I know putting down semi solid requires at least 6 months waiting, and maybe testing it with a moisture meter. How long should I wait for the laminate before I lay it?
