    Did anyone else see this today at around 2:30 - 3:00?

    Around 4 garda bikes to stop the traffic, traffic corps jeep, 7 black mercedes/volvos with flashing blue lights and black jeep. All around another black car with a small flag. Love to know who it was!

    Ahhh. Was leaving UL at 3pm and there was a garda on a motorbike directing traffic down at the entrance with the flagpoles. Whoever it was must have just passed through. Was wondering what was going on because the traffic wasn't heavy enough to warrant a garda, in fact it wasn't heavy at all.

    Hey, Latvian.

    I saw the Latvian president arrive in Riga in August for some statue thingy and he didnt have that many outriders.

    Secret Service(not quite secret) were hanging around the square.
