iv really had enough of their sh!t nothing annoys me as much as some goon who uses up all his time bank to call with the stone cold nuts or some arsehole who lets you think youv won the pot (live game) before flipping over his winning hand

i know karma will probably slap them up side the head but it really isnt that satisfactory when im tilting because of these fcuktards

there is nothing more satisfying than a good slowroll. i once slowrolled a guy in a $2,400 pot with 10c7c on a 9s6c8c3d9c board. he had 98 and i even said "ugh u hit house on river?" in the chat. that was the highlight of my poker career so far.

When i played a lot live i used to get mad and up on my high horse about slowrolling but now i think its pretty funny.
Love doing it online in Big omaha pots when someone who annoys me shoves into my stone cold nuts. Also now love to see miserable live degenerates get slowrolled.Obv its all the sweeter if its their case dough.
Its a great tactic to set people on mega monkey tilt and therefore a valid tactic imo.

Edit to say I've been slowrolled with my case dough in the middle in the past. Worse things can happen.

it appears slowrolling is coming into vogue.......it's only a matter of time before the ol reliable kick in the bollx follows. There is nothing more satisfying than kicking someone deservardly in the bollx, it's been the highlight of my thugish years so far. I look forward to it being as accepted as slowroling. Especially when it's their case bollick....

Ok one of my fav slowrolls or levels....
I am confident the hand details are not exact so please dont abuse me for getting them wrong....anyone else who was at the table....
I shouldn really name names but I will...and I dont think he would give a ****.....
Main table in the Fitz....we are playing very deep for a 1/2 5 game and Marty McCabe has about 2k infront of him and is raising every pot and 3/4/5 betting everyone.....
English guy Luke..think that is his name...hes about 25 ....well they play a hand....Luke has just built his stack from €300 to €1200 circa...
Raised pot as always...Flop comes down something like KQ7...two hearts..
Luke leads out....Marty reraises as always...Luke reraises and Marty puts him allin....Luke calls....
Marty says "well I guess my aces are no good"
Luke says "No"....and shows his 2P.....KQ....
Dealer then continues to deal the turn...5c...Lukes got to be happy with that...all he has to avoid now obviously is a 7,5 or an A..
    River....is a 6d......Happy days for Luke....
He takes a deep breath and nice one....goes to scoop the pot and Marty shouts Straight....8h9h....
Luke gets up and steams off.....

i didn't see the post but a ban on ADMMM is very harsh for a good contributor to boards.

Must have been a snuff movie he showed to get a ban

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

I've slowrolled particularly annoying donks before and have no regrets for doing so. I take delight in using all my timebank and then calling. I'm a prick, I know.

Although I didnt see the image, a ban seems harsh.

maybe i should try a slowroll just to see what its like - feel like iv earned one

similar to the thechamp one of my favorite moments in poker was when I had to use my timebank and time down to 2 seconds on the river. Notice the date, still a year and half gone by and I still have it treasured like it was yesterday.

also seems like karma bypassed me:D:D

Id never do it live cause you just look an ass but would never pass up a slowrolling opportunity online especially against a regular who I feel is prone to tilt. You need to seek out every edge you can get these days and once i've slowrolled I'll nearly always follow it up with a barrage of abuse to sent him over the edge just so the slowroll isn't gone to waste.
