    Cuala told me they dont arrange the agm its the directors so if any of the directors know ie appointed at the last agm can you let me know

    There is no scheduled AGM to date, from what I have been told it's the Directors who make the decision on the time and date etc ... What I can tell you is the next meeting must take place within 15 months of the last AGM so were looking at Jan 09 latest.
