Am just manually de-crapifying my pc and came across this service "##id_string1.6844f930_1628_4233_b5cc_5bb94b879762##".

Google didn't show up much... I just wondered if it is safe to disable.

It says that the Manufacturer is "Apple Computer, Inc." Was slightly suspicious as I thought that apple went under the name, Apple Computers, plural? Looked strange, so I thought it might be a nasty.

I'm no geek, so I thought I'd throw the question out there:D

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Inc.
the company was called "Apple Computer, Inc." for its first 30 years, but dropped the word "Computer" on January 9, 2007 [6] to reflect the company's ongoing expansion into the consumer electronics market
