Personal abuse?

Is telling someone to "get a clue" in those exact words considered personal abuse? Also Arguing your case in a "passive-aggresive" manner? I seem to have recieved a warning based on those 2 aforementioned criteria.

Yorema sure is popular around Feedback tonight, maybe we should kerb her gently and put it aside for a while. Who knows, she may be allowed back in the future .
