Perlico : Failed connection

Hi All. Maybe you can offer some help as I've waiting a total of 40 minutes on hold for perlico this morning and yesterday without even getting through. Its a first time connection, everything set up as it should be using a Zxcel 660 router. I get to the DSL connection successful page, but when I try to log in it says one…

Hi All. Maybe you can offer some help as I've waiting a total of 40 minutes on hold for perlico this morning and yesterday without even getting through. Its a first time connection, everything set up as it should be using a Zxcel 660 router. I get to the DSL connection successful page, but when I try to log in it says one of the details is incorrect. I'm positive of my router pwd as I've used it to run an ATM loopback test which was successful. At this stage it must be the login and password given by Perlico, yes?
