Hi Lads, Have a claim pending regarding a motor purchase, took 3 mths so far, just got the afadavit of debt which i need to get registered in next coupla days, next step is they issue it to respondant and they have 4 weeks to reply, after these 4 weeks if no reply i need to engage a court appointed sheriff - Has anyone…
