Does anyone else miss been able to switch Phantom on in an evening after 10.00 and know u were going to hear a great selection of music, old and new on Bedrock?. Through this i discovered several bands new to me, A lazurussoul, saville to name but 2 that i now buy and go see . The live guide always a handy way to be reminded of whats on the next couple of days (nearly enough to tempt me to apache pizza the sponser).
But now its replaced by an eclectic mix, obviously no one knew what to schedule so said lets try random shows and see.. The problem with that is you cant just turn phantom on as it might be the metal show or another show that does interest. So instead the radio is now tuned to another station. Hopefully someone will see sense and return the great show to us in the new year..

They've changed the schedule so that the specialist shows are on later at 10 (when they used to be on 8-10)... think it's a pity as well because Bedrock more suited to the late slot (but maybe Cadell wanted his life back!). Plus it's "pushing out" the more eccletic shows, which is a very mainstream approach!

    Hi All

Thanks for the comments. Yes, BedRock has gone to the great Radio Station in the sky, but tune in to my new show, Key Cuts, Monday - Thursday from 8 to 10pm. I'll be playing the best new music as soon as it arrives in Phantom Towers, as well as some classics, and tracks from reissued albums, live stuff, artist profiles and plenty else. It's quality, so check it out

    Regards

    John
