Has anyone heard of these "15's" buns? A guy in work who is from the north brought them in to work. According to him, they got their name from the number of items used. ie 15 cherries, 15 digestive biscuts..etc, consondensed milk is also used. Dying the know so we can make them the weekend!!:)

I posted a thread on these before, but I can't find it as the search function seems borked today.

    To make 15s you need:

15 digestive biscuits, crushed to fine breadcrumbs
15 marshmallows, snipped in half with a scissors
    15 glacé cherries
Two-thirds of a can of condensed milk
    Dessicated coconut
    Cling film

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl except the coconut until gooey and well combined. Using clean hands, form it into a sausage or log shape. Lay out some cling film on a large flat surface and sprinkle it with dessicated coconut. Roll the sausage in the coconut until coated. Wrap up in cling film and leave in the fridge over night.

The next day, take it out and slice it. Have it with coffee. Enjoy!
