    I would like to give another user some posivite feedback as I purchased a laptop from him

    Can someone explain please
    what is the right way to do it and where is this done.

    I assume you mean on adverts. If so, just go to the advert and click on ther person's username. That should bring you to the page where you leave feedback for them.
