    Its free to upgrade, and to downgrade. and you can do it when ever you want. As of now they dont enforce it, but if you go over it every month they might cop on.

    i have 1meg at the min i would like to try 3meg to see would it work i am getting it hard to sync at 1024 all the time but only get the odd disconnect.

    how can i get them to upgrade me to 3meg and if it does not work can i switch back to 1 meg

    how long does it take to upgrade can he do it over the fone ????
