    unplug and fax machines and sky boxes connectd to phone lines.. had same prob but that fixed it

    what is up with the seriously crapping routing to germany the past month or so? Im in the kilkenny/waterford area..

    iv been operating servers in germany for a long time but now its impossible to use anything as iv got between 200 - 350 ping every evening. This is ONLY germany , other routing seems to be ok so its not a congestion / contention problem..

    Please have a look at this problem

    An eircom technician told my mum straight that the eircom network has reached and exceeded its capacity so you could be experiencing this for quiet a while at least until they upgrade the aging copper infrastructure with fibre to the cabinet and i think there is an exchange in dublin that deals with all international traffic and that has been upgraded maybe not by enough but eircom don't own it think it might be HEAnet.
