Hi Wondering what i would need to consider if i rent out my principal private residence and move into a larger house , which i would rent out. I also have two other rental properties. It has been suggested option to avoid a loss made by selling family home and solving need for a bigger house.

tax implications..
A) potential capital gains if selling PPR in the future
income tax liability on rental income.
Also you'll need to register letting with PRTB
