    Ive always wanted to be a butcher when i was older, but recently a vet seemed like a good choice. But to my dismay im never gonna get near enought points in my leaving cert. So recently i began to think what about a job in the slaughter house? Im not squemish and have been on the kill floor alot. i dont want to just be one of the ordinary workers that kill the animals though. oes anyone know of a way to become the Quality insurance or the grading vets Because i cant seem to find out how.

    check out food science in UCC, dunno what the points are like but its a fairly well regarded course afaik
