I don't seem to see a thank button beside posts any more. I thought it might have just been removed from AH but its not in games anymore. Are we not using this feature anymore or is it the browser/theme I'm using?

You only get a certain amount per 24 hours so you have maybe used them all up. It is also disabled on certain fora also, eg Helpdesk.
