    Hey all!

There have been lots of posts lately along the lines of what to do in Killarney, where to eat in Tralee, where to stay etc etc.

Thought it might be a good idea to make a sticky as a kind of Kerry reference thread for people who are looking to visit. The idea would be that perhaps one of the regular posters from a particular region would volunteer to do a little list and post to this thread of the most important things to see and do in their region, along with some ideas for restaurants, pubs etc.

I know we have been chatting about that recently in the Tralee thread, and certainly some of those suggestions could go into a sticky. Perhaps someone from the Tralee thread would like to do a little summary?

Killarney? Listowel? Ballyheigue? Dingle?? etc etc. Post your ideas and contributions here!

    Thanks

Visit- ogham stones at Colaiste Ide, hire a horse to gallop along the beach in Ventry ,drive back west through Dúnchaoin, take a boat to the Blaskets, see the oratory at Gallurus, climb through the window of the little church in Cill Maolcheadair- if you can, you'll go to heaven!
