OFFICIAL UPDATE

Sightings and photographic evidence of armless thief have been handed in to police yesterday. Earlier today his image has been broadcast worlwide and beemed into televisions all over the country.

Last seen, the armless bandit was seen making off with a cup of change stolen from a handyman shop in Ireland, it clamped tightly in his jaws, and what appears to be some sort of video recording equipment. It is not known how the bandit managed to tie this around his body.

It is said he was last seen traveling North towards Armagh.

Police have released this video footage:

It must also be said: This man has a chip on his shoulder that is obscured by several changes he makes to his appearence.
To coin a phrase: Nobody should attempt to bring about this mans downfall.
It would just result in more plastic surgery.
Police already have evidence that he has had plastic surgery around the mouth area.
Teeth him with extreme caution.
Slip ups could result in him not having to face prosecution.
