need to send the girlfriends test off so that she can get her full licence.

we live in blackrock, does everyone send it to
    Dublin City Council
    Motor Tax Office
    Block B
    Blackhall Walk
    Queen Street
    Dublin 7

or do you send it to a local tax office?

You can drop it into "Q for U" in Dunlaoghaire Shopping Ctr 2nd floor and they will process the application by next day for a fee. Alternitivly the Motor tax office in Nutgrove shopping CTR. http://www.nutgroveshoppingcentre.ie/store_details/motor_tax_office.26.html

Don't let her near the M3, it will only end in tears. If you do get a couple of spare alloys. I've been there. :(

You can do it online with a laser/credit card - http://www.drivingtest.ie/frameset.html
