Hi guys,
I have finally decided what I want to do with my life, 20 jobs later!!
I am 28 and would like to study hospitality in some shape or form to get into restaurant management. (eventually plan to have own cafe or restaurant) I have worked in several restaurants in Dublin and am at the moment living and working in Italy. Will come home in about 6 or 9 months depending on course.
Has anyone done a course that they could reccomend? I know that is a very broad question but am not sure which course would be best suited to me.
I would prefer part time or even a course that has 2 full days per week.
If anyone can direct me to a good website it would be much appreciated.
