2 weeks in job - offered new job

    Got a job and started approx two weeks ago. 1 week training then into it.
    Yesterday I was offered another job which is more suitable to me.
    I presume I'm entitled to payment from the other job.....?
    Didn't sign any contract cos I had a feeling that I would get the second job and didn't want to be tied down in a contract.

    So basically my question is, if they get sticky about not paying me, what rights do I have or what do I do?
