Help choosing Komplett setup

I’m looking to get a new computer for home use (cause the one I have is well past it, 8+ y/o).
Generally running typical desktop programmes e.g. web browser, word/excel/power point, small image software, iTunes and AutoCAD.
I’d rather not buy off Dell, so I’m looking at Komplett.ie for my new pc.
These are the two set-ups’ I’m considering, but I know a little about computers, just enough to be completely confused by now.
I was going to go with option 1 as I thought it’d do for a good few years without needing updating, but now think it might be overkill for my needs, and with option 2 I can add a GFX if onboard isn’t too great or even a new processor when required.
At this stage I’m going round in circles trying to compare all the different components.
I’ve gone so far as to price option 1 on hardwareversand.de with a price coming in at €871.75, just for the components, so price looks ok, I’m more concerned with the hardware.
    Any advice offered gratefully received.
    Robert

Anything he saves on initial price will be outweighed by shipping and customs easily. Probably making it a lot more expensive

Thanks for the replys so far.
I realise having read them that I wasn't really clear on what advice I was really after.
To be honest, the cost isn't my real concern (not that I wouldn't prefer if it were cheaper).
I've checked on hardwareversand.de, and I'm only paying a premium of about €100 for having someone build the computer for me, which is fair enough by me!
What I'd really like to know is whether the setups themselves are of any use.
I've no frame of reference when it comes to the CPU/GFX/MOBO.
My computer at work is probably P3 at best and same at home, (sometimes I think I'd be better off with a stone tablet and chisel!) so I've no idea if I'd be just as well served going with the E8200 as oposed to the Q6600.
If anyone could offer suggestions I'd be really grateful.
    Robert
