I posted a thread and someone responded saying be careful or youll get banned.They also said read the charter. where is the charter?

The charter for each forum is a sticky at the top of the forum. If there is no charter, please alert the forum moderator.

Edit: The particular thing said to you actually wasn't about the charter. It was in relation to another sticky which is in every single forum in this site.

Before you start a thread or post on a thread, look at the stickies at the top of the forum, including the charter. These will alert you to what can and cannot be posted in the forum.
