My two cents is not to buy it in B&Q, they are generally a lot more expensive than a builders providers, or even in your case a specialist flooring outlet.
Oh, and go to a specialist, and they will tell you all you need to know about u/floor heating!
You won't get that advice in B&Q.

    Hi
No problem using laminate. Check out prices further before purchasing you will find bargains things are slow at the moment it's a buyers market at present.
    Fitting:
    1. layer of polythene on floor turn up wall behind skirting board
    2. layer of 4mm handyfoam
    3. floor
    4. leave expansion gap round floor area for expansion
    5. make sure floor moisture is 5% or less before installation
    6. heating on at minimum before and after installation
the reason for polythene turned up is that if there is moisture in concrete it will evaporate into room not into the floor.
