Tesco's have a Samsung 22" monitor with built in TV tuner on offer till November 24th for €299, model T220HD. It's the same price on Komplett or €279 + €15 delivery from Pixmania.

The price in lidl up north is £199, converted gives 231euros so lidl could do a bit better on there reductions
