Not sure how true or accurate this is, but I have begun to notice how a number of apartment blocks completed in the last few months are now furnished with 'blinds and curtains'....which gives the impression to the passer-by/from the road frontage that the apartments are sold/about to be occupied. Has anyone else noticed…

Has anyone else noticed this, is it replicated around dublin and the rest of country, or have i just a reached a stage in my life where I appreciate a developers flair for window dressing!
