    Hi

I have never liked fish despite trying many diffrent types cooked many differnet ways cooked in many different sauces (I have no issue eating anything else). I'm now wondering about what I'm missing out on in terms of vitimams, fish oils etc and what I can do about it.

I spoke to a chemist on this and the recommendation was a supplement that cost about €80 per month. She reckoned the cheaper ones were not worth the money. Whether this was sales talk or fact I dont know.

Does anyone have any recommedations or do you take anything yourself that you find good

    Thanks

80 a month is ridiculous. I get mine from iherb.com:

    or:

You might experience some errr... movement while you adapt to it so start at a tablespoon a day and work from there.

Way too expensive. Fish oil is pretty standard, and there isn't a huge variation in quality. Look at the amount of EPA and DHA per 1g capsule, anything over 180 EPA and 120 DHA is excellent and worth buying. The higher the amount of EPA to DHA, the better. Most health food shops and many supermarkets and chemists have own brand fish oil which are worth checking out. You can also get specialist brands which are more expensive, but generally have a good ratio of EPA/DHA.
