Hi, What's the legal timeframe on a medical claim? I had a knee operation in June 2006 and had complications after the op (DVT) that has led to a permanent disability - Post thrombotic Syndrome. Can I still look at making a claim or has the time line run out by now? I remember reading it's dropped to 2 years rather then 3…

Hi,

What's the legal timeframe on a medical claim?

Can I still look at making a claim or has the time line run out by now? I remember reading it's dropped to 2 years rather then 3 years?
