Unlock 3 Data modem Huawei E220

    Have been using the 3 modem for a while and had no major problems...am goin abroad for a while and want to unlock my E220 so i can use a local sim over there. Have thrawled through the web and tried many unsuccessful times to unlock it....does anybody have a definite way of unlocking it??:D
    oh yeah was on the o2 website and see they happily give out unlocking software and your code to unlock it......but what about 3!?:confused:
