BT ISP Login Failure. Help.

    Hi,

    Trying to enter my BT Username and PW in to a new Linksys router I bought but saying no internet connection can be found - possibly because the Username or PW is incorrect - I'm 99% they're not..

    I'm taking the Username from the supplied BT moden I'm working off now so that can not be correct.

    Is there anyway to port my PW over to Linksys router or any other way to get at it without having to ring BT.

    Username should be.... ********@btbb (Where ****** is the name)

    and your password should have been supplied to you.

    what model is the linksys? does it have a built in modem or are you trying to bridge it with your old modem?
