Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Players in the Bolton Pool game have been going over a bit too often, blades have overtaken studs as the defacto choice for grip. Can those who play the game offer nay insight into the pros and cons?

Depends on the player I think.

I used to wear blades but being in goal nearly every week the goalmouths would be quite soft and sometimes kicking out you wouldn't be able to trust your footing.

Studs all the way for me now:D

Very much dependent on the ground surface. On some surfaces blades nearly offer too much grip, but they can be quite good on very slick surfaces.
