Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Petrov and Luke Young are in for NRC and Shorey.

Im not optimistic about the game but i am pleased about these changes as i dont rate Shorey and i just hope to god we dont end up seeing NRC come on and play RB.

    Carew is on the bench.

villa with yet another chance to pop it in.
Could be easily 2-0 now to them with the penalty and all.

Friedel was booked just before half time. Anyone know why?

Bendtner off thank god, Vela on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,746 ✭✭✭✭Galvasean

Vela on for Bender, 67 mins.

    Clichy OG 69 mins.
    Shoddy, shoddy stuff...

    1-0 Villa.

Sagna stretchered off 70 mins, replaced by Toure. Just gets worse and worse for the Gunners.

Honestly, who can say Villa are not real challengers to the Sky 4 now?

    Feckin' delighted!

Just in the door, I had heard Young missed a peno and thought Why didn't Barry take it, I don't bloody care now.

We hadn't beaten Arsenal in 19 games this is a huge result.
    Up the Villa

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,746 ✭✭✭✭Galvasean

That was one spineless display by Arsenal. Very poor. Didn't deserve to get anything from that game.

    Get in :D

There's nobody who can fight for a result in that team. If things don't go their way because of some divine right they think they have they just get up and leave.

I think Barry picked up a knock just before the peno and let Young take it because of that.

    Anyway, great result for Villa.

And I'd like to point that this is no surprise to anyone who watched Villa completely outplay (but not beat :() Arsenal last season.

    Up the Villa!!!!!!

Great result, particularly after the past 2 weeks. Credit to Agbonlahor for the second goal.
