O2 Picture Messages

Is anyone else having problems with o2 picture messages. It keep saying sending failed. Service not available. I was able to send them up until recently. I have checked the topic with the settings and all my settings are correct. Two other people I know on o2 cant send them either. Anyone know whats going on?
