Transferring Save Game Files

If install FM2009 on my PC, and on my laptop, can I continue the same game from either one by just transferring the Save Game file each time?? I know this works with most games, but I find what works with most games doesn't work with Football "It would be a great game were it not riddled with bugs" Manager. thanks in…
