    I'm looking for approx. 1,000 sq feet of office space preferably east of cork city (Little Island, Glanmire, Carrigtwohill) for a new startup

    What about an office space/unit of roughly 475 sq/m of road frontage on bandon's North main street, since i'm coming to you, €350 p/m ???

    Eastgate in little island
    Old Youghal carpets site in Glounthaune - Can't recall name of the place
    Next to new Aldi in Carrigtohill
    etc

    There are many office Space there and you can get it by online rentals.
