Just to clarify, I closed the threads to get further advice from smods/admins on the possible legal speak used. I personally don't care who's solicitor is contacting who, but when it is written about on boards or possibly involving boards in some capacity or other, there is a very dim view taken. Please do not start another thread, or post further on this until we get direction/clarification from others.

After review by an smod over the legal aspect of this, it has been decided that Pete1234 as well as all emerald casino reps have breached the no legal threats against boards, it's members or based on content posted here, so they have all been sitebanned.

These are the non negotiable site rules that people should know before they post.

Threads/posts will be deleted now.
