    Anyone know if there is a weight watchers class in macroom?

    Hi Fiona, I wondered this myself, I haven't found anything.

    Ther was one of these "Curves" fitness centres in the town a while back (behind the Macroom off-licence on the Killarney Road) but that went, well, bust.
    I think there is a similar operation there now under a different name (and management, hopefully).

    there's a WW meeting in Macroom every Wednesday at 7.30 (last night's one would have been the last for this year, re-starting on 07 Jan) - if you go in to the castle grounds, it's the third room on the left just around the corner from the entrance..................(details on the WW webpage)..........
