Does anyone have the DARE email address

Not too sure, DARE is sort of run by the colleges and the CAO

Is that the same as DARE, do the letters come out at the same time??

You know when it is said that they give reduced points places who would get good grades in related subjects (to the course), well how good would those grades need to be? Is points also taken into account?

For example, for a business course:
If one candidate 15points short of the course and got a A2 in Business and Economics
    • If the other candidate was 30 points short of the course, but got A1s in Business and Economics (and possibly did accounting)

Who would get the last place?

I dont understand the system much:confused:

i don't think anyones too sure to be honest mate :P
the point reductions probably minimal i'd say
some people say it's like 10-15% but it varies between colleges

No one has received any notice yet so no need to worry at all yet!-I'm waiting away for mine as well without the extra grants I don't know if I'll be able to go to college which would obviously be extremely disappointing especially after working my arse off all year to get 500+ points! :L
